This animal feed production line is a complete, fully integrated system designed to produce a wide variety of animal pellet feeds, as well as animal powder feeds. 2. Production Process Flow

Process 1: Raw Material Receiving & Grinding

Raw Materials Receiving → Pulse Filter → Raw Materials Precleaner → Storage Bin → Grinding Machine → Pulse Filter

This stage ensures incoming raw materials are cleaned of impurities and ground to the optimal particle size for subsequent mixing and pelletizing.

Process 2: Mixing

Bucket Elevator → Storage Bin → Mixer

Ground ingredients are precisely weighed and thoroughly blended in the mixer to achieve a homogeneous formulation, ensuring consistent nutritional content across all finished pellets.

Process 3: Pelletizing

Bucket Elevator → Storage Bin → Pellet Mill → Cooler → Fan → Cyclone → Double Rollers Crumbler (optional)

The mixed feed is conditioned and compressed into pellets through the pellet mill, then cooled and dried to achieve the desired hardness and durability. An optional crumbler can be used to produce smaller particle sizes for specific applications.

Process 4: Packaging

Bucket Elevator → Rotary Screener → Storage Bin → Packaging Machine

Finished pellets are screened to remove fines and dust, then conveyed to the packaging system for bagging and sealing, ready for storage or shipment.
