Working Principle

Unlike traditional straight-line air cooling, the SKLN Series utilizes countercurrent heat exchange technology:

  • Cold air flows upward through the cooling bin

  • Hot feed pellets fall downward by gravity

  • Full, gradual heat and moisture exchange occurs

  • No direct quenching of high-temperature pellets by cold air
