1T/H Sawdust Pellet Production Line: A Smart Solution for Converting Waste into Clean Energy
As the world shifts toward renewable energy and sustainable development, transforming wood processing waste into biomass fuel is not just an environmental choice—it is also a highly profitable business opportunity.
Our 1 ton/hour (1T/H) sawdust pellet production line is a compact, efficient, and cost-effective system designed specifically for small to medium-scale biomass pellet producers. It offers a complete solution for converting sawdust, wood shavings, and other wood residues into high-density, clean-burning fuel pellets.
Why Choose a 1T/H Solution?
This production capacity is ideally suited for businesses with an estimated daily output of approximately 8 tons. It strikes the perfect balance between initial capital investment and operational profitability, making it an excellent entry point or expansion choice for growing pellet production ventures.
Complete Production Flow: From Waste to Fuel
The entire production line follows a rigorous and scientific process to ensure consistent pellet quality:
-
Crushing – Large wood blocks and waste materials are reduced to uniform sawdust (<5 mm) using a wood crusher, preparing the raw material for subsequent steps.
-
Drying – A rotary drum dryer reduces the moisture content to the optimal range of 10%–15%, which is critical for achieving high-density pellets and excellent combustion performance.
-
Pelletizing – This is the core of the line. The conditioned sawdust is compressed into dense cylindrical pellets using our next-generation vertical centrifugal pellet mill.
-
Cooling – Freshly extruded pellets are hot and fragile. A counterflow cooler brings them down to room temperature, increasing hardness and ensuring safe storage and transport.
-
Screening & Packing – The cooled pellets are screened to remove fine particles and dust, then automatically packed into bags by the packing system, ready for sale.
Core Technology: The Next-Generation Vertical Centrifugal Pellet Mill
At the heart of our 1T/H production line is the industry-leading new vertical centrifugal pellet mill, which sets new standards for performance and reliability.
-
Stable Operation & Low Failure Rate – Equipped with a large-modulus hardened helical gearbox and a reinforced main shaft, the machine delivers powerful output with exceptional stability and minimal downtime.
-
Vertical Direct Feeding – The ring die is positioned horizontally, and material is fed vertically from above. This design prevents bridging and clogging, accommodates a wide range of raw materials, and provides superior heat dissipation.
-
Durable Core Components – The die is made of wear-resistant stainless steel and treated with vacuum furnace carburizing heat treatment, ensuring uniform hardness and excellent wear resistance. The vertical double-layer die design increases utilization and significantly reduces operating costs.
-
Easy Maintenance – The motor and gearbox are connected via a plum coupling, simplifying disassembly and servicing. The three-stage reduction gearbox offers high load-bearing capacity, while the unique split spindle design ensures perfect concentricity and further reduces mechanical failures.
-
24/7 Automatic Lubrication – The built-in lubrication and cooling system enables fully automatic intermittent lubrication without stopping the machine, extending the service life of wearing parts and maximizing uptime.
-
Extended Service Life – The external rotary feeding system design protects the slewing bearing from corrosion caused by high-temperature steam inside the discharge cover, greatly prolonging the lifespan of this critical component.
