A modern feed pellet production line consists of several critical processing stages. Each step plays an essential role in ensuring the final pellet quality and production efficiency.

1. Raw Material Receiving & Cleaning

The production process begins with receiving raw materials such as corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, rice bran, and other ingredients. Magnetic separators and vibrating screens remove metal impurities, stones, dust, and foreign materials, protecting downstream equipment and ensuring smooth production.

2. Crushing

Raw materials are processed by a high-efficiency Hammer Mill, reducing them to the ideal particle size for pelleting. Uniform particle size improves feed mixing, pellet durability, and overall production performance.

3. Batching & Mixing

Different ingredients are accurately weighed according to the feed formulation through an automatic batching system. A paddle mixer or ribbon mixer thoroughly blends vitamins, minerals, protein meals, grains, and additives, ensuring consistent nutrition in every batch.

4. Conditioning & Pelleting

The mixed materials enter a steam conditioner where moisture and heat improve starch gelatinization and material plasticity. The conditioned feed is then compressed through a Ring Die Pellet Mill, producing dense, uniform, and durable feed pellets suitable for poultry, livestock, aquatic animals, and pets.

5. Cooling & Screening

Fresh pellets leave the pellet mill at high temperature and moisture content. A Counterflow Cooler quickly reduces the pellet temperature while maintaining product quality. A vibrating screener removes fines and broken pellets, ensuring only qualified products proceed to packaging.

6. Automatic Packing & Storage

Finished pellets are automatically weighed, bagged, sealed, and conveyed to storage or shipment. The automatic packing system improves production efficiency while reducing labor costs and packaging errors.
